Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
