Vince Zampella, a Gaming Pioneer, Dies in an LA Car Crash
The visionary game developer, who helped create the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in the state of California at the age of 55.
Zampella's death was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The celebrated video game developer died after his automobile collided and caught fire on a freeway in Los Angeles on Sunday, as reported by.
